Pall is adding to their team in Medemblik, Netherlands and is looking for a Maintenance and Reliability Engineer to join the Maintenance & Facility department. You will be be the main contact for maintenance related questions, advice and adjustments for the engineers and the technical team. You will be responsible for spare-part management, machine checklists and all machine HSE aspects. Also responsible for process and validation of new machines on all levels of CE compliance and operational usage.

Other responsibilities:

  • Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis
  • Reliability centred Maintenance
  • Root Cause Analyses
  • Data improvement in the CMMS
  • Make recommendations on type of machine maintenance management
  • Advise on spare part management
  • Development of maintenance 4.0 platform
  • Creation of machine manuals
  • Implementation of predictive maintenance
  • Coordination of maintenance projects
  • Raise issues to Manager Maintenance and Facility


The ideal candidate has the following profile:

  • A bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or technical management
  • At least one to five years of professional experience within Procurement and/or a production environment
  • Self motivated and encouraging of their tea
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in the English and Dutch language
  • CMMS and ERP knowledge
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vertical lookups…) and other MS Office applications
