Vacancy Sales Director – Aarhus


Organization

Our client is a food ingredients producer who has an international scope and is looking to grow there team with an experienced Sales Director. The organisation produces functional ingredients mainly for the food production which they sell international. The production sites are on multiple locations and the team is also spread.

Function

As Sales Director for a food ingredients producer, you are responsible for the profit and loss of the sales department. You will also manage the sales deliverables of the team and you will be hands-on active with the key accounts as well. Furthermore, you will be busy developing, implementing and executing the market strategy. Thereby, you will internally collaborate with R&D and marketing for the best market approach and product portfolio.

Requirements

The ideal candidate profile contains the following:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in food science
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the sales of food ingredients
  • At least 3 years experience in the management of a sales team
  • You have a pro-active approach to the market
  • Available to travel up to 100 days
  • Perfect command of the English and Danish language, other European languages are a big plus
